Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping takes 3–6 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking info as soon as your package ships so you can follow along (and refresh the page obsessively like we do).
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes! Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Need something by a specific date? Reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US only. We're working on international shipping—stay tuned!
Is shipping ever free?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $100 or more. It's basically our way of saying "thanks for treating yourself!" 🎉
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please note that jewelry, intimates, swimwear, accessories, sale items, and items discounted 50% or more are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at cc@pinktini.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. It's that simple!
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges (our inventory moves too fast!), but you can return for store credit and use it toward a new purchase. This way you get exactly what you want without waiting for the back-and-forth!
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
We carry multiple brands, and sizing can vary between designers (we know, it's annoying). Check out our Size Guide with detailed measurements for women's, baby, and girls' sizes, plus tips on how to measure yourself.
If there's no size chart for a specific product or you're still unsure, reach out to us with the item you're interested in and your measurements. We know our inventory inside and out and can help you find the right fit!
What if something doesn't fit?
If an item doesn't fit and it's within our 7-day return window, you can return it for store credit and order a different size. We're also happy to help you choose a better size before you reorder—just ask!
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout. Pick whatever works best for you!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. If we haven't shipped it yet, we can usually help. Once it's shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in several denominations and make the perfect gift for stylish friends and family (or yourself—no judgment). They never expire!

Can I shop in person?
We're currently online-only, but we host pop-up shopping events and live shopping sessions throughout the year! Follow us on social media to hear about upcoming events, special collaborations, and when we might be coming to your area.
