📦 Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can watch its journey to your doorstep (we won't judge if you refresh the tracking page 47 times).

During peak seasons like holidays and sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience while we pack up all the good stuff!

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $100 or more 🎉

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system—we promise it's on its way, even if the tracking hasn't caught up yet!

💡 Important Shipping Information

Address accuracy matters: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses (even if autocorrect did you dirty). Take an extra second to make sure everything's right!

Carrier responsibility: Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or having it held at a carrier facility if you're worried about porch pirates.

Weather and carrier delays: While rare, shipping times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated if anything comes up!
