Return Policy

We want you to feel great about every order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

As a small, independently owned business, we offer returns for store credit only. This allows us to continue offering a curated, personalized shopping experience while managing returns sustainably.

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Returns are accepted for store credit only
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages
  • We do not offer direct exchanges — see below for more details

What About Exchanges?

We do not offer traditional exchanges, as our inventory moves quickly and sizes can sell out fast. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order using that credit. This helps ensure you don’t miss out on the items you want while your return is in transit.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packing and quality-checking every order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at cc@pinktini.com
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  • We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
  • Jewelry
  • Intimates (bodysuits, undergarments, etc.)
  • Accessories (bags, sunglasses, scarves, hats, etc.)
  • Gift items
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items returned after the 10-day window

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email cc@pinktini.com within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Any details or feedback you'd like to share

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
