Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to feel great about every order—but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it work.
As a small, independently owned business, we offer returns for store credit only. This allows us to continue offering a curated, personalized shopping experience while managing returns sustainably (and keeping those prices fair for everyone).
Return Window & Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached (basically, in "I never wore this" condition)
- Returns are accepted for store credit only—no refunds to original payment method
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we're not responsible for packages that go missing in transit
- We do not offer direct exchanges—see below for why
What About Exchanges?
We don't offer traditional exchanges because our inventory moves fast and sizes can sell out in a heartbeat. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order using that credit. This way, you can snag what you want right away instead of waiting for your return to make the round trip!
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packing and quality-checking every order before it leaves our hands. But if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong:
- Email us at cc@pinktini.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll review it and make it right as quickly as possible
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution (we know life gets busy, but the sooner we know, the faster we can help!).
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or business reasons:
- Jewelry (including pierced earrings)
- Intimates (bodysuits, bras, undergarments, shapewear, etc.)
- Accessories (bags, sunglasses, scarves, hats, belts, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Gift items
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items discounted 50% or more
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items without original tags or showing any signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Pro tip: If you're on the fence about something, reach out before you cut the tags off! We're happy to help you decide.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email cc@pinktini.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful—it helps us improve!)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and your return authorization.
Processing Your Return
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing
- Store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s)
- You'll receive an email with your store credit code, ready to use on your next order
