Return Policy
We want you to love every Pinktini purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make the process as easy as possible.
As a small, independently owned boutique, we offer store credit for eligible returns so we can continue providing thoughtfully curated collections, personalized service, and a shopping experience designed with care.
Return Window & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns are accepted for store credit only — no refunds to the original payment method
• Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions
To ensure all customers receive merchandise in excellent condition, Pinktini Fashion Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, perfume or smoke odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or missing tags.
Exchanges
Because our inventory moves quickly and many items sell out fast, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size, color, or style, we recommend submitting an eligible return request for store credit and placing a new order for the item you'd like. This helps ensure you can secure the item you want before it sells out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email cc@pinktini.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
We'll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:
• Jewelry (including pierced earrings)
• Intimates (bodysuits, bras, undergarments, shapewear, etc.)
• Accessories (bags, sunglasses, scarves, hats, belts, and similar items)
• Gift cards
• Gift items
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Items discounted 50% or more
• Items returned outside the approved return window
• Any item showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email cc@pinktini.com within 10 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return (optional but always helpful)
Please allow 1–2 business days for a response with return instructions and authorization details.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Approved store credit will be issued for the purchase price paid for eligible returned item(s), excluding shipping charges and discounts applied at checkout.
You'll receive an email with your store credit information, ready whenever you are.
